The scheme is applicable only on the sales of Acyuta tyres made by their appointed and active dealers directly to end customers.As this is a regional scheme, any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with the Acyuta Trust Plus Protection Plan shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the respective Zonal Business Partner's headquarters.
